Every kit comes with an installed 220VAC 35 GPM oil mixing & dry wash transfer pump, 220VAC high speed methoxide prop mixer with stainless steel shaft and 3-blade prop, 110VAC glycerin removal pump, 110VAC fuel transfer pump, pneumatic methanol/methyl-oxide pump, internal 220VAC heaters, 220VAC flash separator/heater, methanol recovery condenser, visual level indication gage's, solid state low liquid level controls, nema-12 control panel, vacuum breaker, pressure relief valve, 264 lb Amberlyte charge, removable man-way cover for routine maintenance and cleaning of reactor, and step-by-step directions for use. The reactor is insulated with 1/4" high density ceramic fiber insulation and wrapped with a aluminum cover. The unit control panel features dual digital temperature controllers with illuminated push buttons for each process stage. To get a shorter process time and the highest conversion possible we recommend that you either build a separate dewatering/preconditioning tank or purchase one of our purpose built Pre Conditioning Tanks. Note: Unit does not include WVO supply pump, you must either provide your own or purchase separately.
