BDL-55-PPS

Packaged Biodiesel Processing System.

General Description

BDL-XXX-PPS Processor systems from Biodiesel Logic, Inc. are designed for:  Farmers and farmer coops wishing to process their own crops into fuel for in-house use, or for sale.  Diesel owners making biodiesel from a variety of feedstock’s for their own use.  Entrepreneurs who are making use of opportunity feed stocks and offer biodiesel for sale.  Universities and technical schools.  V.O. and Yellow Grease intensive industries turning their scrap into fuel.  Diesel truck and fishing fleet/marine operators who are looking for a better fuel at a lower cost. Just about anyone who wants to economically produce their own, clean burning B100 biodiesel fuel. The systems are designed and fabricated to industrial standards and are engineered to last a lifetime. Every effort has been made to use materials and equipment not manufactured by us that meet the most stringent industrial quality standards. The processor systems are self- contained with individual vessels designed, engineered, fabricated and selected specifically for their intended use in the production of Biodiesel.

BDL-XXX-PPS Processor Systems from Biodiesel Logic, Inc. have been designed for minimum operator involvement during the reaction process. The PLC based automation system has built-in fault protection, which provides monitoring and step-by-step guidance to the operator.  Processor Systems from Biodiesel Logic, Inc. do not require you to transfer the finished fuel into storage or distribution tanks, simply purchase the optional vehicle fueling/metering station and dispense the biodiesel directly into your vehicle or equipment fuel tank using the integrated filler pump!

Although you do not need to have storage tanks for your finished biodiesel, the system is so quick and easy to use you will probably desire to have a storage tank and just make biodiesel less often.
